Hi All,

I have (multiple times) ordered groups of ptf's today using fix central
and I receive the email saying the order has been received.

But as yet I have not received any emails advising the order is ready to
be downloaded using ftp or any instructions on the ftp site to be
accessed.

The first order was over six hours ago.

Has anyone ordered ptf's today for ftp delivery and had success ?

Any suggestions ?
