SELECT SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA, SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME,
SYSTEM_TABLE_MEMBER
FROM qsys2.syspartitionstat
WHERE SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA='ROB' and
SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME='QPGMSRC'

If names longer than 10 characters, like syspartitionstat, blow your mind
you can replace that with syspstat.
But if you think bit testing is easier to read...
