Probably a large part of the delay in PING is that CFGTCP, option 12 has a
different order of preferred dns servers based on lpar location. So our
custom SETDNS command updates one DNS and the lpar we're running it from
get's has that DNS further down it's list and there is a propagation delay
between the two dns servers.
