I checked both my 7.2 and 7.3 and came up with the same information as Kevin below.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

If someone on 7.2 can please run
DSPPTF LICPGM(5770SS1) SELECT(SI54504)
If it is either temp, or perm applied please use option 5=Display PTF details 6. PTF Objects and paste the list of objects.
If it is superceeded
1. General information
Look at "Latest superseding PTF" and repeat the DSPPTF LICPGM(5770SS1) SELECT( using that superseding ptf number ) and 5=Display PTF details 6.
PTF Objects and paste the list of objects.
There is no 7.3 version of this ptf but I'm having a known issue with
7.2 and earlier. IBM believes this issue was fixed in the base for 7.3.
Since I'm having little luck getting IBM to act on this I thought I would see what objects were fixed by that PTF, do a DSPOBJD OBJ(...)
DETAIL(*SERVICE) on some of those objects see what their PTF is on 7.3 and see if that has been superseded. And, if so, order that latest PTF.
