I did a google search on that object and MCH1001.
I did have to click on "Translate this page" but the translation was quite
good.
Basically if you are running 6.1 it says to get this PTF SI43936. It was
from 2009 though.
Here's one technique I often try:
DSPOBJD OBJ(QSYS/QDBSECOF) OBJTYPE(*PGM) DETAIL(*SERVICE)
Page down to "PTF number". Record that. Search the following for that
PTF number and see if it has been superseded.

If so, download that PTF
