I have 1.1.6.1 installed and do not have that same issue on my desktop.
(WIN7) however I do see it on my laptop (win10) . So I'm convinced it's a
video driver thing and the ACS (Swing?? I really don't know) display code.
I don't think Java itself has any real effect.
The OS may have some effect but I would not bet on that.
