How does EIM handle the one to many relationship?
I was under the impression that the EIM could only be a one to one mapping.

Yes. You set up EIM mappings mapping the IBM i user to the AD user name.
It's a pain for large shops but there are methods to automate it.
I suggest you:
a) Call IBM lab services and get them to quote help for you (they have tools to do the mapping for you)
b) Call Pat Botz (Botz and associates) he can do it for you as well.

I previously implemented EIM, only as a test, with a one to one
relationship.
Our Windows accounts are different than our iSeries accounts.
Each Windows account may have many iSeries accounts (one to many).
