Well, new boxes often require a new TR and IBM stated quite some time ago
that they are done with TR's for 7.1. Was that your concern?
Or was it the 25 user limitation?

It's not listed and if you try Live Chat they won't divulge it without
name, rank and serial number. Unlike the existing S814, S824's. I
suspect even after they have that information it will take them days to
get the figure to you.
And what tier is it, P05?
