You can use a Mapping Exit Program (

)
and set all options to protect the PDF as encryption, etc...

there is an example with explications in the redbook

The authority is already set to *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE.

Our concern was on the PC level of authority. When a person emails the
PDF,
then somebody changes it and claims it was sent to them that way.
