I saw that same notice using FF. I logged on and made it as far as "Customize your order". That flashed up a dialogue. It was so fast I had to take a screenshot to read it.

Google: I was already signed on into Service Request. I went into Fix Central. I select operating systems and that's when I got Error 500: javax.servlet.ServletException: readProfileByIBMUniqueID exception retrieving profile for IBMUID 1000000337

When I start out fresh in IE I get a window which says:
