From what I can tell, "convert" is an imagemagick command, not a ghostscript command.

I don't have imagemagick installed, so I'm not much help there.

/QOpenSys/usr/local/bin/convert -compress none fromfile.png -set -units PixelsPerInch -density 203 tofile.jpg

I'm downloading GIMP to look at the images.
