Besides the options presented by Mark Waterbury, in this day and age
there is always GitHub and Bitbucket.

In particular, GitHub's "gists" are relatively quick and lightweight.

Also, while code.midrange.com is the "official" pastebin of these
lists, there are plenty of other sites that work similarly, starting
with Pastebin.com itself. For some other examples, check out
