This is fully described in the help text fort he STRWCH command.
Prompt the STRWCH command, place the cursor in the input field for the WCHPGM parameter and press F1=Help, then page down until you see:

1 Watch option setting Input Char(10)
2 Session Id Input Char(10)
3 Error detected Output Char(10)
4 Event data Input Char(*)
