If you already have the journal and receiver created, STRJRNPF can add
this file to that journal. There is also ENDJRNPF to end it.

One of the areas I don't know much about on the IBM i is file
journaling. People around me appear to be too busy to answer my questions

so I will try you guys. I have a file sitting in the following status.
Can I start journaling for this file? If so, how? ...or is file
journaling something that has to be specified at object creation time?
Thanks.

File is currently journaled . . . . . . . . : No
Current or last journal . . . . . . . . . . : PMEDHJRN7
Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : $$PMEDHJRN

Dave Clark
