That's good news.
Have any students participating? I think they have a special program for
them.
I waited too long to ask. I filled out a schedule and it looked pretty
good and presented it to my boss. I'm not sure if him requesting the
expense up the chain on short notice is what got him or current load.
I don't think the load is heavier than normal. There's a lot of "when
this is ready we can proceed with that..." kind of stuff. Mainly with our
data center move. I really wanted to study hard on Power HA. Boss says
maybe I can go to fall. The problem is, if I wait until fall we will have
replaced Mimix with Q-EDD by then, and replaced all of our SSD's with
newer internal SSD's, and that will be the end of any possible switch to
Power HA.
