Those files are from my MAILTOOL software. What it looks like happened is
that emails were sent and not delivered by the IBM MSF/SMTP system. Then
the MIME files were deleted manually from the /tmp directory.

Now since they were manually deleted, the MSF system can't find them to try
and resend. IBM suggested starting MSF with CLEAR, and so do I. But
during downtime. In fact, I feel the CLEAR should be done once a week.
I've seen emails stuck looping in the system for YEARS and they finally get
delivered one day.. any everyone is wondering why.

Since Paul is using MAILTOOL Plus for most emails, these must be from
someone not specifying the use of MAILTOOL Plus since it would totally
bypass MSF and this wouldn't happen.

Is /tmp security locked down and MSF cannot write the file?

I IPL’d this weekend for PTF apply.
QMSF is now failing with TCP5101.
All the TCP5101 are always referring to /tmp/mlt63NNN_MIME.mailtooltmp.
