With the regular job scheduler, in a Mimix environment, we do not totally
disable the job scheduler on the target. We want some scheduled jobs to
run there also, such as nightly backups.

We save the job scheduler, and have that container replicated. And if we
decide that the switch is for a catastrophe (vs our quarterly switches we
do to perform PTF's and OS upgrades) then we can decide whether or not to
replace the target job scheduler by restoring the scheduler out of the
container.
