I spent a*lot* of time keeping certain programs within the 64K limit on
the S/36 back in the day. I remember lining up three sequential indicators
for SETON or SETOF, the first of which had to be an indicator number
divisible by 8, so that I could save 1 byte.
I do*not* miss those days.
