Not really complaining, well a little maybe, I just had what I felt to be
a valid customer concern with any vendor: Can one opt out of their spam
emails while still receiving necessary emails?
I have another vendor who always begins their emails with promotions for
their upcoming user event. Which that, and the subject itself, may lead
one to believe that is the sole purpose of the email. But if you remain
diligent and get past that you will see product update notices, etc. I
came really close to putting a filter that if the email subject contains
the title of their upcoming user event then to automatically route it to
trash.
