We have written stored procedures that the SQL Server team call when
they want to update 'their' copy of the data. I think they have it in a
script that runs automatically once an hour.

If you want to push from the IBM side to the SQL Server side, have a
look at Dieter Bender's AppServer4RPG and ArdGate.
