The raw form of SQL0204 is
Message . . . . : &1 in &2 type *&3 not found.

You're showing
“DELIMIT NAME in QSYS2, TYPE *N not found”

To my naked eye it looks like &1 has been replaced with
DELIMIT NAME
which implies a special character or some such thing between DELIMIT and
NAME that your situation is not handling well.
