Nothing provides such features. Even traditional RPG. You had to code
for it. Even before any of these type of constraints.

Now, you have to be more thorough on your writes to check the error codes
and error messages. Let's look at CPF502F for example. If you get that
then it is the programmers job to see if parameter &16 is 'MycolIsNotYorN'
and decide if the user can determine the message from the constraint name
or present a prettier message and position the cursor on the correct
position and all that jack.
