Yes, to be more specific, some of these are "used" machines. Happens
a lot. I still get customers who just got a used V5Rx machine asking
if our software works on it. It does, but only as long as my 515 is
working. :)

I'm always floored by this. Typically I picture people running older
versions of the OS (especially versions as old as V5) as people whose
checkbook has been sealed, encased in concrete, placed in a vault and
buried in a tomb as far as spending on applications for it.
I think I've heard stories from TL Ashford that they sometimes get
requests for their software on machines even older.
