I usually browse to the site with IE and click on the pad lock and select view certificate. Is it the new cert?

We received our new wild card cert, I'm in the process of updating cert assignments in DCM.
How can one tell if a process is using the new cert, or if a recycle is needed for the new cert to take effect.
On the bottom of the screen, there is a note.
Note: Anytime you change certificate selections, you may need to end your server and start it again to have the change take effect.
