I've seen a few references that indicate that *DIAG messages are not as
retrievable as other messages.  Vern posted waaay back (
https://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/201003/msg00312.html) with a link
to an IBM document that is no longer available; in that post, he mentioned
a "technique of sending bracketing messages with message keys..."  Does
anyone know what that is about?
