No, I haven't talked to NGS. I'm not really the one to do that, though
I suppose there's nothing stopping me from trying to contact them
anyway. I'll try that. If it's just some setting somewhere, then I can
set it. That would be the best scenario. If it needs a PTF, then it
definitely is out of my hands.
