Technically, I'm able to do the upgrade. But you're dead on right about chasing
down all the info - it's scattered everywhere and easily missed. I do maybe one
upgrade every few years (ours and customers) and have never had a problem
because I try to get all the pieces in place beforehand.

Just trying to get all the pieces.

Please don't take this the wrong way but if you have to ask that 
question are you truly prepared and sufficiently skilled to do the 
upgrade?

So as not to look like I'm ducking the question, GO LICPGM option 5, 9th 
item down. But that won't work without the PTFs.

It does NOT matter what WRKDSKSTS shows for the size of the drive. The
433C is a 139 GB Drive so it qualifies. A 433B is a 70GB Drive and 

would

also qualify even if WRKDSKSTS shows it at 46.6GB which is what you
would see with three 70GB drives in a RAID set.

Remember for Physical Drives the reason for the change to 70GB or 

bigger

was because only systems with 70GB drives or bigger could run i 7.2 

anyway!
