HP3600 color and host print transform.

I have a remote user that replaced an HP printer with a HP3600 color. I
start the printer, the spool file entry disappears, but the user tells me
there is nothing at the printer.

I can ping the printer (they sign on to our system remotely). There are no
QSYSOPR messages. No output associated with the printer job. OUTQ is the
same name. The only manufacture make and model I see for HP color is
*HPCOLORLJ.
