Hi Mario,

The data length that you can pass to STRPCCMD is very limited... so I
could for example suggest to use something like
1) create an RPG program that write the xml file in a shared IFS
directory.
2) create a windows shell script (.cmd or .bat) that receives the file
name as a parameter and
build a string concatening part1 the fixed URL and part 2 read
from IFS file
call the full url with a windows start command.
3) call the PC command file using STRPCCMD

Hello Guys,

I got an AS400 running OS 6.1 I need to build an url that consist in two
parts:

1) The first for example is a common http://datart.etc.com/etc (Static)

2) The second part I need to create an XML reading a phisical file getting
information for every tag (Dinamic)

The final url is Part1 + Part2 (A long long Url to open with Strpco,

So I need a Jedi Masters to let me know how to make
STRPCCMD Works with this type of Url or if you know or have some examples
to learn how to doit i really appreciate your support.
