I've placed two orders this morning for individual PTF's via FTP and have not received any e-mail notification that the order is ready. I tried opening a PMR and was told Fix Central is handled by a different group and I could contact them through the web page. I've given up on that route, try to find a Fix Central contact point and you'll understand why. Is anyone having trouble with this?
