It seems to me that the reticence to use a new name is part and parcel
of the larger problem that our sisters and brothers don't feel able to
move out of their comfort zone.
I wish we as a community could come up with something as... motivating
as the Nomenclature Wars (tm) to spur discussion about advancing the
art, mentoring our colleagues, and sharing successes.
