Not looking at the diagram I was counting left to right rather than left 
to right. And while all the 'basic' cards will work in all the slots 
there are only two that the EMX0 expansion work in and I believe only 
one that will accept the SR-IOV card. C10 is a good place for a generic 
Quad-E, yes.
