I wasn't aware that PDM had some kind of hex code support. I have a pop-up
window defined in my Client Access sessions that makes this easy.

Rob's warning wrt ADA and epileptics is worth noting, but I think that a
red reverse-image (hex 29) might do the trick better as opposed to blinking.
