YEP!  And they do absolutely nothing to let you know that your renewal 
is coming up.  And again, same on me for letting it lapse.  I now put in 
a couple of calendar reminders in for 90 60 and 30 days ahead since IBM 
is happy to let you lapse and pay the reinstatement fee..why would THEY 
want you to know it is going to lapse when they get more revenue for 
leaving the notification up to you?
That, and the fact that there isn't a simple way to to get an electronic 
invoice and pay online with a credit card makes me wonder sometimes 
about their push for a "Smarter Planet"....
