Noticed this on Passport Advantage:
On Friday Aug. 18, 12:30 AM to 10:30 am ET, and Saturday Aug. 19, 1:30 am
to 11:30 AM ET, and Saturday Aug. 19, 7 pm to Sunday Aug. 20 5 am ET,
certain functions for the ability to store and retrieve documents will be
unavailable for the following applications; Customer Reporting,
Account-related documents, and eOrdering.

Just in case you try something during an upgrade this weekend.
