I'm imaging an app running on the client workstation to transmit the file to the bank. It shows an open file dialogue, and the user browses to find the file. Once there, the user could read, change or delete that file.

I feel that what you're asking for isn't practical.

This is ruffly what I had in mind

The issue is, how can I upload a IFS "Exclude All" txt file to the user's PC and retain the "Exclude All" authority.
