There might be some OS issue if they have IPv6 active and still use an W2000 or W2003
for DNS. I am rather sure there was one PTF by IBM, and the next step to update
the windows boxes or use Linux for DNS serving...

They're on V7R1. I am having them try Google's DNS servers to see if that
clears things up. If so, then it's their DNS server with the issue. If
not, it must be an OS issue.
