Probably ​more correct to say CL is always MAIN, as there's no way to not
generate the PEP (program entry procedure) in a CL module as there is with
RPG's NOMAIN module.

When you create the ILE program object, you get to choose which module's
PEP to use.

If for instance, you bind an RPG linear main modules and two CL modules
into a single ILE *PGM object, you'll have three PEP's to choose from.

When you bind an ILE CL module into a *SRVPGM, the PEP is ignored.
