You might be able to bypass the Admin2 SSL stuff by entering the following direct URL http://SYSTEM_NAME:2001/QIBM/ICSS/Cert/Admin/qycucm1.ndm/main0

Replace the SYSTEM_NAME with the name or IP of your iSeries.
