I use commands often to call RPG programs during testing as I find this
the easiest way to get the parameters right.
I also like to create commands rather than an RPG screen when there only a
few parameters and not a lot of validation is required. These are usually
utility programs for use by IT. The advantage to this is I can call the
command in a loop whereas it's harder when an RPG screen is involved.
