I figured out what was going on with some of my emails to the list not
arriving.

I got a new PC. I lost some of my Notes preferences. The applicable one
is I had to turn off adding names to Recent Contacts. Then I deleted all
my recent contacts. The issue was is I would type in an email and allow
Notes to finish it. For example MIDRANGE and it would pull it out of my
contacts. So far so good. But if you have recent contacts turned on and
you get an email from someone like "MIDRANGE-L"
<midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>, then that would automatically be added
to your recent contacts and the auto finish feature may select that one.

I hate recent contacts, and as an email administrator I may make the
policy setting suggested by that link. Now to ask the boss if I should be
authoritarian and change it to turn it off and don't let them turn it back
on or just turn it off as an initial value and if they really want to
shoot themselves in the foot show them where to buy ammo.
