It will not remove PTFs, rather allow the other products to catch up.

Your BRMS will stay at the current level until it's updated with a newer
group.

On 7.1 I have installed SF99362 level 69 and it seems to have fixed my BRMS
problems.

I have not yet installed SF99710 level 17192 the July, 2017 cumulative.

When I do is it going to backlevel BRMS or will it correctly recognize there
is are later BRMS PTFs applied?
