Paul M,

Are you using Guested and Hosted lpars? Under /QFPNWSSTG we may have less
than 500 objects. Being a Domino shop I find 500 an insignificant number
as far as IFS objects. But the size of QFPNWSSTG objects is HUGE compared
to the usual size of IFS objects. As I stated, 10 minutes without saving
that directory vs 6 hours of saving with that directory.
All SSD internal disk
Fiber attached VTL.
Using four "drives" in parallel.
