Allocate LIC space for V7R1 to V7R3 -- MIDRANGE-L

I tried ordering MF59277 but it's superseded by MF99010.

If I go LICPGM, prepare for install, then Allocate addtl space, I type in
V7R3m0 and I get CPF3DFA.

That link is dead, but I'm searching the V7R3 manuals, haven't found what
I'm missing yet. Any Ideas? Thanks
