FWIW, I was able to restore the IFS objects just fine. I still say that 
the SAV and RST commands were designed by somebody with either no 
understanding of the SAVxxx and RSTxxx command series, or no sense of 
consistency, or a sadistic streak, or probably more than one of the above.
