My personal peeve is that often times I have to switch browsers to work
with their sites. What is really going on (at that time) is they bury too
many cookies into that browser and then it just all doesn't work. I find
clearing cookies, cache, etc often helps. Sometimes I just don't want to.
One reason is afterwards I always get this "We see you're trying to sign
on from a new site to our (bank, etc). We're going to send you a text and
you'll have to enter in the confirmation code."
