I think what Jack is trying to say is why are we now getting an
announcement regarding levels of code available for months?

Are you sure that both your library, and your drive code, are at these
levels?
Perhaps you have the library code at IBM_3573_R_E_80_3_20e.fbi
but do you have your drive code at these levels?
