Mostly that's true, but then again, the list is built by humans with
electronic support.

99.999% of the time it's of no mind. In the last 15 years I've only had 1
or 2 PTFs that were in the category of gotta bring them in, and those were
very specific to the customer situation. We knew about them ahead of time
since we spent many hours working with IBM support guys getting them to
work.
