I'm not sure whether you're off base, or not. As I review the QZDASOINIT
Jobs on a couple client boxes, I see Jobs that are running under a number
of different User Profiles. But they are all running under the same Job
Description. As far as I could tell, they all have the same library list.

I'm not running a multi-tenant setup, but I do have test and production
environments. The web team use a separate profile for each environment.
The separate profiles go to separate job descriptions and have separate
authorisations and library lists.
