That is exactly how I do a utility dropdown box for a field like 
warehouse or state or other common small lists where we don't want users 
typing common names over and over.

Mouse click on the "?" and the drop down box appears. Use the mouse to 
scroll until desired item is visible, click, and the field is filled in 
with the chosen value.

Notice also that the scroll bar allows dragging the scroll bar slider 
row by row.  You are not locked into full-page scrolls.

It pleases me to see you respond.  There really are RPG programmers out 
there willing to move forward into the 1990s!
